About Us

Dialogue Publishing, Inc., was formed in July, 2004. The mission of the company is to provide new authors an outlet to get superb mainstream fiction and niche non-fiction work in print and to conduct writers workshops using the Amherst Writer’s & Artists method. Dialogue Publishing, Inc. is a member of PMA, the Colorado Independent Publishers Association and the Small Publishers Association of North America.

The company was founded by Susan Lutz Hamilton. She is an affiliate of Amherst Writer’s & Artists and a member of Emerald Coast Writers, Pikes Peak Writers and Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers. Sue is certified as an Amherst Writers & Artists Workshop Leader.

Sue’s love of reading and writing go way back. She won her first writing contest as a freshman in high school and received her award from Paul Harvey. She graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University with a B.S. in Journalism. Sue served as Editor of the Ball State student newspaper The Daily News.

She got rolling in the writing business as a reporter for The Muncie Evening Press. Sue also worked in radio for seven years. Much of her recent experience has been in newspaper marketing and Internet development for three major newspapers chains.

Sue also has been published in the anthology Ophelia’s Mom.
